Cazenove, an independent investment bank in the City of London were undergoing a complete re-branding excercise across the business and requested our services to manage the design and delivery of their web site, intranet and other digital media across the board.
We provided design consultancy and managed the resources on this full life-cycle project.
The project involved re-branding all existing media, both online and offline. At the same time there was a necessity to refurbish current brochure-ware and web sites, at times even carry out complete overhauls to achieve a look and feel more in line with the direction the bank was taking in its day-to-day business.
A traditional "Old-Boy" establishment that is rumoured to be entrusted with the Queen's finances, we attempted to put across its core values.
Also, we wanted to ensure a traditional pose, yet make known that it was progressive in its use of technology and aware of future trends.
With the revised brand in mind we decided to make a conservative use of existing web technologies by introducing Flash Movies into the overall design of its introductory pages. Also used on occasion throughout the site to provide smooth functionality.
