Our efforts saw a five-fold improvement in time to market for deliverables and a huge reduction in costs. This was brought about by working closely with a handful of design agencies and managing their workloads, providing them with quality creative direction and ensuring a stringent QA process was adhered to.
We were instrumental in the daily delivery of various products and the creation of their identities. Most notably the World Cup, Football, SeeMeTV, First Cut and New Music Club products.
